About the Digital Readiness programme
The Digital Readiness programme, commissioned by Health Education England (HEE), are developing a repository of case studies for HEE’s website from people who’ve developed their careers in informatics. They are particularly looking for a diverse range of people to take part – both in terms of protected characteristics, but also in terms of where they are in their careers (as quite often case studies focus on those in very senior positions, which might not be aspirational to everyone).
The purpose of the exercise is also to provide some kind of tool or infographic outlining the different training and development opportunities available in this space. This could include graduate schemes, fellowships and apprenticeships, so they are also looking for case studies from people who have developed their careers through a programme or scheme.
What to do if you want to take part
Are any of you are interested, or might know someone who has been through one of these schemes, who might be happy to work with the Digital Readiness Programme? If so, please get in touch with us by Wednesday 25th November by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. All you will be asked to do is to complete a pro-forma consisting of 5 questions, and share your experience about the scheme you have completed.
