COVID-19: Submitting expenses

Information regarding submitting expenses during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

If you intend to submit any expenses in relation to an event you have recently attended or planned to attend please sign, scan with any receipts, and send to us via email at

If you have recently posted your claim to the St Chads office we hope to be able to process these as normal.  Claims may take a bit longer than usual to process during the pandemic, we apologise for any inconvenience or delay experienced but will do our best to ensure you receive payment as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and ongoing support.
