About this workshop
This workshop has a focus on the STP final assessment, the Independent Assessment of Clinical Competence (IACC). The aim of this workshop is to enable you to engage with the IACC as an effective and confident assessor. By the end of this session you will be able to:
- confidently engage in assessing summative assessments e.g. IACC
- write constructive feedback across all grade descriptors
- use effective and probing questioning techniques to elicit evidence of learning
