Medical Physics and Scientific Computing STP 2023 Open Day – Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust

Are you a science graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher or about to complete your degree and wish to train to be a clinical scientist in the NHS?

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells (MTW) support 3-year programmes in Medical Physics (offering specialisms in Radiotherapy, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Safety) and Scientific Computing with applications opening in January.

The open day will cover:

• a general overview of the STP programme
• how MTW support the trainees to maximise their training
• presentations from past and present MTW trainees
• tours and demonstrations from departments
• a presentation on alternative routes to becoming a clinical scientist
