Sara Parsons is a Consultant Clinical Scientist in Respiratory Physiology and a Consultant Clinical Scientist trainee on the HSST programme. Sara shares her own experiences of imposter syndrome, when she tends to experience it and how she has learnt to manage it by using reflection.
