Sharing Good Practice: Supporting STP trainees with Developmental Training Activities (DTAs)

This session will be delivered by Sally Clee, Education Training Manager at the School. It is designed for trainers and assessors involved in the STP and will aim to:

• Offer a platform for sharing best practices on supporting trainees in developing evidence for the Core modules.
• Provide general guidance on reflection at various time points for DTAs (both core and specialist modules).
• Introduce an ongoing project focused on providing specialism-specific guidance for reflection at different time points for DTAs, utilising AI.
