Reflective Practice Resources

A set of reflective practice learning resources for all trainees, training officers and supervisors to support their development in this area.

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new set of Reflective Practice learning resources, which are available for all trainees and their training officers or supervisors to use. The aim of these resources is to support the development of reflection, reflective practice and reflective writing.

Reflective writing is important within the assessment of the 2022 STP curriculum in the workplace as well as for trainees on the pre-2022 curriculum who will be undertaking the IACC in 2023 or 2024.

We will actively seek feedback from users of these resources and continuously improve them as we learn from the experience of trainees and trainers.

These materials are available in the new National School of Healthcare Science (NSHCS) Healthcare Science Training Resources catalogue on the NHS Learning Hub. To access the Learning Hub you need to sign up for free. This process is slightly different depending upon whether you have an NHS email or not, as outlined below.
