  1. Submit all of your work-based evidence, that has been signed off by your assessor, to OneFile
  2. Complete the academic component of the programme
  3. Pass the final assessment

What to do if there is a delay in completing the programme

If circumstances occur which may delay completion of the ASP programme, your training officer or employer sponsor must inform the School and email us at nshcs.curriculum@hee.nhs.uk. They must provide details of the anticipated period of delay and if this will have an impact on your attendance at your final exam.

Your employer sponsor is still responsible for your support and management throughout these circumstances. They have also been made aware that if a trainee exceeds the time period determined in the ASP programme specification, they will be subject to an additional charge for continued access to the programme of £200 per year.
