We hope you find the drop-in sessions useful and informative. Please find our guidance on how to access a 1-2-1 meeting during the drop-in sessions:
- Most drop-in sessions will start with a general introduction and opportunity for open questions from the audience around the specific topic for that session
- Following the general session, a number of School staff will then be available to book some 1-2-1 time (15 mins) to discuss any specific queries or issues not resolved during the general session
- The 1-2-1 sessions will be confidential and held with one member of the School unless we are using it as an opportunity to train other school staff in which case your permission for them to remain will be checked prior to proceeding
- Those people who wish to request a 1-2-1 meeting can do so during the general session via the MS teams facility via the Meeting chat
- Initially you will need to provide your name, role (if a trainee or training officer) your specialism and which service or person you wish to speak to
- The administrative team will then allocate you to the relevant breakout room and confirm the time of your 1-2-1. You can then choose to remain in the MS teams room until your allotted time and then access the relevant breakout room or you can come back and return as the MS Teams room will remain open for the duration of the 1-2-1 session
- You may be asked for further details during the 1-2-1 sessions to facilitate the support offered and any follow up if required after the session
- 1-2-1 sessions will be offered on a first come, first serve basis during the drop in session and cannot be booked in advance. Anyone who is not able to speak to someone from the School during the session has the option to email separately via the main inbox nshcs@hee.nhs.uk or can wait for a future session where available
- Trainees and trainers should refer to the published schedule to determine which sessions are most appropriate for their query or issue
- The School can be contacted at any time outside of the drop-in sessions schedule. You do not need to wait until a drop-in session is available to get in touch
