New reflective practice resources launched by School
Resources available for all trainees, training officers and supervisors to support their development in this area.

The School is pleased to announce the launch of a new set of Reflective Practice learning resources on the NHS Learning Hub. The aim of these resources is to support the development of reflection, reflective practice and reflective writing. Reflective writing is important within the assessment of the 2022 STP curriculum in the workplace. It is also important for trainees on the pre-2022 curriculum who will be undertaking the IACC in 2023 or 2024.
We’ll be actively seeking feedback from users of these resources and will continuously improve them as we learn from the experience of trainees and trainers.
