This is a unique opportunity to take a national leadership role in the training of an important and highly skilled workforce in the NHS. Healthcare scientists are at the forefront of innovation in patient care and have been front and central to dealing with the NHS response to Covid-19. We are looking for an inspirational individual to lead on the assessment of NHS healthcare scientists in training.
Working for the School you will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the assessment strategy for a wide range of healthcare science training programmes up to and including Consultant scientists.
You will also have the amazing opportunity to direct the strategy for evaluative research about the effectiveness of these innovative scientist training programmes to train the future scientific workforce in the NHS.
