Update on the 2022 delivery for the STP in Clinical Microbiology
Planned revision of the curricula postponed due to current pressures.

The School recognises the particular pressures that microbiology has been under over the last 18 months.
Both revising a curricula and preparing to deliver a new programme pose challenges which would be difficult to meet between now and September 2022. Therefore we will be working with our microbiology colleagues to have the revised curriculum in place for delivery in September 2023. Trainees entering the programme in 2022, will continue to use the existing curriculum.
