The following talks delivered by HSST trainees can be found in our Sharing Good Practice catalogue.

  1. Making connections and networking – developing professional relationships – a chance to hear from HSST trainees’ different perspectives, strategies and experiences of professional networking.
  2. Mission impossible? Securing project sponsorship – Chelsey Walsh explores the challenges she faced gaining sponsorship for HSST research from her Trust’s research and development department. Chelsey provides tips on how others can minimise these challenges.
  3. Confessions of an imposter – Developing leadership skills in healthcare – Sian Wilkins discusses the importance of developing leadership skills and the different leadership styles. Sian also addresses the prevalence of imposter syndrome among leaders and shared strategies for managing it

The STP Curricula for 2026 are now available in the Curriculum Library and you can see the changes that have been made, and the reasons for making them, on the School website.
