Abstract not yet written

The plan is to set up a mass spectrometric method for measuring treosulfan and thiotepa, and their active metabolites, in plasma, and to use this method to measure pharmacokinetics post-infusion of the drugs in haematopoietic stem cell transplant patients and then to correlate pharmacokinetics with outcomes such as efficacy and toxicity. Hopefully this will be able to provide evidence for routine PK monitoring and individualised dosing for optimised outcomes.
