Rationale

Please provide an overview of the rationale for why the proposed changes are needed or why changes were not needed, with reference to stakeholder feedback.

Response

TA9 was discussed, it was concluded that the Critical Care environment was less relevant to all specialties using the module. Appreciation of a nurse’s role in an inpatient environment was still felt to be valuable however, so the focus of the training activity was expanded to consider any in-patient setting appropriate for the specialty.

I confirm I have reviewed the Reflective Practice Guidance for ETAs and DTAs and have made any changes necessary.
