Becoming a Consultant Clinical Scientist – is it an art, or a science?
Dr Michael Perry aims to answer the question 'How do you become a Consultant Clinical Scientist?' Is it by publication? By equivalence? Or is it by successful completion of the Higher Specialist Scientist Training Programme? It can be argued that it is by all three, or none, of the above. This talk explores the science, and art, of becoming a Consultant Clinical Scientist.
