Neuroinclusive communication

Rachel Lennon talks about neurodiversity inclusion, with a particular focus on communication and information processing. Based on her own experience as a neurodivergent STP trainee, Rachel provides a new perspective on the neurodivergent experience and suggests practical ways for trainees and training officers to promote neuroinclusivity on the Scientist Training Programme.
