Reflective practice guidance for the STP curriculum
Sally Clee from the National School introduces the reflective practice guidance available in the STP curriculum. The session: reviews the 4-dimensional approach to reflection; identifies the different formats in which reflective practice can be evidenced; introduces the reflective practice guidance embedded in the curriculum for ETAs and DTAs and explores how this curriculum-based reflective practice guidance could be used by trainees and trainers.
