Are you a female healthcare scientist looking to gain the leadership experience you need to progress your career? The WISE campaign and Professor Sue Hill, the Chief Scientific Officer, have recently opened applications for their 2018/19 Fellowship Programme and are looking to develop four women who have the potential to make a positive impact on the world of healthcare science in their current and future roles.

Every year, the WISE Fellowship Programme offers four female healthcare scientists the opportunity to receive mentoring from senior leaders in healthcare, academia and industry as well as professional career coaching sessions through the WISE Career Development Programme. CSO Fellows also gain exciting speaking and ambassadorial opportunities through the networks of WISE and the CSO’s Office and receive individual membership of WISE.

If you are interested, you will need to fill out an application form and potentially attend an interview; the closing date for applications is 13 May. For more information and details of how to apply, visit the WISE website. You can also read more about this year’s inspirational CSO Fellows here.
