From Monday 18th October join HEE’s Genomics Education Programme on their free online course covering whole genome sequencing (WGS). WGS allows us to ‘read’ a person’s or an organism’s entire genetic code and is one of a growing range of genomic sequencing tests now available through the NHS. Go behind the scenes in the laboratory to investigate how WGS works and hear from leading expert clinicians and researchers about how WGS is helping them find answers for patients.

The course is open for three weeks and will be mentored during that time by experts in genomics. If, however you can’t join for this three-week run the course will remain open for enrolments until 19th December.
