This year we aim to complete the first annual review of the curricula, which will be carried out as a desktop exercise. Following that we will introduce a more in-depth periodic review process. Find out more about the process.
The first step is to appoint Curriculum Lead Editors for each specialty. The purpose of the role is to provide scientific leadership on specialty curricula, ensuring curricula are scientifically robust and reflect current and future clinical practice. Lead Editors will be required to engage with school curriculum processes to ensure curricula are fit for delivery. You can express your interest in the role until Friday 17 October 2025.
We are particularly seeking Lead Editors for a number of specialties including:
- Audiology
- Clinical Biochemistry
- Clinical Engineering
- Clinical Immunology
- Clinical Informatics
- Critical Care Science
- Haematology and Transfusion Science – Haematology
- Haematology and Transfusion Science – Transfusion Science
- Nuclear Medicine
- Radiation Safety and Diagnostic Radiology
