When submitting evidence of activity for assessment they are required to map it against the Higher Specialist Standards of Proficiency. By the time your trainee is ready to exit the programme they should have enough evidence to prove that they have met all of the Standards of Proficiency.
We recommend that you and your trainee develop an assessment plan and map out which activity will be most relevant to their training. Your trainee may wish to schedule approximately one submission of evidence in their e-portfolio per month; 12 submissions a year, and approximately 60 submissions over the course of the five-year training programme.
