How to get a training post for an STP trainee

Regional NHS England commissioners annually liaise with employers to scope demand for new posts. Any employer wishing to provide a training post must submit an expression of interest to the commissioners.

You need to contact your local healthcare science lead as there may be specific conditions your department needs to have in place. You must also inform your lead scientist and Trust education and training lead of your plans to employ an STP trainee.
