Register your apprentice

On the register of apprenticeship awarding organisations, our ID number is EPA0140. You will need this when you register your apprentice on the Individualised Learner Record (ILR) to start their apprenticeship.

We’ve put all our terms and conditions, along with an overview of the EPA process, into our Memorandum of Agreement. You will need to complete the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and send it to us via email at NSHCS.EPA@hee.nhs.uk

Once the MoA has been signed by the School and discussed with you, then you can make applications for EPA through our registration form.

EPA if you are a sub-contractor

We can only have a contractual agreement with a main, employer and/or supporting provider that is listed on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP).

If you are not listed on the apprentices Individualised Learner Record (ILR) as the main provider then, you should have a discussion with the main provider if you have subcontract agreements in place.
