Leicester transplant service is currently undergoing an exciting period of expansion. This includes the relocation of the transplantation laboratory into new purpose built facilities at one of the three hospital sites in Leicester. As such, you may be required to work in other designated locations of the Trust as well as your primary base. In particular, flexibility is required across the three main hospital sites (Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital and Glenfield Hospital). The laboratory currently has 2 STP trainees as well as other specialist trainees, which fosters an environment where learning and improvement are at the forefront of all we do.
