The successful STP trainee appointed to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust will also be part of the Kent and Medway Pathology Network (KMPN). Whilst primarily based at the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals, some specialisms will be undertaken at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation NHS Trust at their Ashford and Canterbury sites. There will also be opportunities to undertake training at all of the sites within the KMPN and as such the STP trainee must be prepared to travel within Kent. There is also the possibility that some specialist training and meetings will occur in London.

You may be asked to work at some of the healthcare organisations for limited periods during your training, observe an inspection by the regulators, attend and join in on some of the training we provide to all different healthcare professionals. We offer Medical Physics undefined because we believe your selection of specialism, in the area you have a passion for, is important to you as well as us, we therefore endeavour to accommodate individual training preferences where possible.
