  • East of England

East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) operates a forward-looking and friendly Nuclear Medicine department performing the full range of imaging and non-imaging studies. We have plans to expand our current range of Molecular Radiotherapy treatments (Iodine, Radium and Lutetium Dotatate). We also provide Physics services to the on-site PET-CT centre.

We are based at Ipswich Hospital and Colchester Hospital and training will be divided between the sites. A good rail link exists between the two centres. You will join a small and friendly team of Nuclear Medicine physicists. We have very good relations with teams in our Radiotherapy Physics and Radiation Safety and Imaging Physics groups with whom you may complete your rotations. Other rotations may be provided through the East of England Training Consortium.

East Anglia is a beautiful part of the country with lovely coastline and cities with good access to London.
