An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and motivated individual, with a passion for Clinical Biochemistry and patient care, to undertake Clinical Scientist training at Wirral University Teaching Hospital. You will join a dedicated, highly skilled and experienced team of Clinical Scientists at the cutting edge of healthcare on Wirral.

You will be given with a range of learning opportunities and development tasks including rotations to regional specialty centres such as Liverpool, Chester and Manchester, which will provide a solid foundation for your future career. You will work as a member of our Clinical Biochemistry team and gain experience in Haematology and Transfusion sections in our Blood Sciences department. Protected study leave and dedicated 1 to 1 teaching with the Clinical Scientists and Chemical Pathologist will be provided on a regular basis.
