Sharing Good Practice – Managing training

As part of our ‘Sharing Good Practice’ series we have the following talks for this event:

Setting up an STP Training Officer Network
This presentation will be delivered by the co-Chairs of the Clinical Engineering STP Training Officers network, Alyte Podvoiskis and Louise Way. They will describe how the network was established, what was learnt along the way and some recommendations for others embarking on the same endeavour.

Managing imposter feelings
This presentation will be delivered by Emma Chambers, a Consultant Clinical Scientist trainee on the HSST programme. Emma will explore strategies to manage imposter feelings.

Effective reflective practice
This presentation will be delivered by Joe Whitbourn, a Clinical Scientist in Radiotherapy and a Consultant Clinical Scientist trainee on the HSST programme. Self-reflection is a widely used method for improving your internal communication in order to better process and learn from your own experiences. Joe will discuss the potential value of self-reflection and practical approaches to integrating it into your professional practice.
