The Accreditation annual monitoring submission deadline has been extended to Friday 10th January 2020.
Any STP or HSST department that was accredited on or before 31st March 2019 and has not yet submitted their form, must do so before the new deadline. Non-compliance of the annual monitoring process may affect a department’s accreditation status. Therefore it is essential that this short online form is completed, to ensure no further follow-up is needed. All relevant departments have been emailed a link to the online form.
