We are working alongside numerous organisations to develop an apprenticeship standard at level 7 for the role of the HCPC registered Clinical Scientist.

The development of this degree apprenticeship standard at Level 7, which will lead to HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist, supports flexible entry routes and career pathways, widening participation and career progression.  This standard, supported by competency-based development frameworks and more responsive education, training and leadership, will enable new versatile roles that allow the scientific and diagnostic expertise of clinical scientists to be deployed in primary and community services.

We would like to invite you to input to the consultation on the draft standard developed by the healthcare science Trailblazer Group, by responding to the survey which can be accessed via the link below:

Draft Clinical Scientist Apprenticeship Standard Consultation

The consultation will run until 12 noon on Tuesday 26 November.

We look forward to receiving your responses.
