The Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) has added National School of Healthcare Science accreditation to its key information sets for undergraduate courses. HESA is the government agency for statistics about publicly funded higher education, which collects a range of data every year from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
In making their annual returns to HESA, HEIs will list the range of accreditation awards that they have achieved for their various programmes. Following a successful application, the National School’s accreditation has been recognised as a new accreditation award that HEIs can list in their return about their undergraduate courses. HEIs with accreditation offering the undergraduate Practioner Training Programme are now invited to list their NSHCS accreditation in their returns to HESA.
