The National School of Healthcare Science is working alongside the University of Birmingham to research perceptions of clinical leadership and leadership development on the Scientist Training Programme.

We are looking for STP Trainees and Training Officers to take part. Your perceptions of what counts as good leadership in the context of the clinical sciences and your experience of leadership development on the STP are essential to improving STP leadership development opportunities on the programme to ensure that trainees are well prepared for their future clinical roles.

Taking part in the study is completely voluntary and completion of the online survey should take approximately 20 minutes. The School has emailed potential participants with a link to the relevant survey so check your inbox for further details on how to take part.

If you have any questions, please email us at on hstreg@contacts.bham.ac.uk

Thank you in advance for your participation.
