HSST is a five-year programme available to registered and experienced clinical scientists who may be interested in training to become a consultant clinical scientist.
On Thursday 10th January, the Manchester Academy of Healthcare Scientist Education (MAHSE) welcomed over 40 trainees, academic and workplace supervisors from Cohorts 1 and 2 of HSST to a day of workshops and sessions.
This judgement will affect HSST trainees who have paid, or will be paying, fees to the Royal College as part of their training.
The programme is 5 years in duration commencing in the September of each year. Trainees will normally make a formal application to exit with certification within 3-months of the 5-year anniversary of that date.
