Healthcare Science Trainee Network feedback on their recent OSFA workshop

The East of England Healthcare Science Trainee Network recently held an OSFA (Objective Structured Final Assessment) workshop. The workshop was attended by 24 second and third year trainees and focused on the generic stations that are included in the OSFA.
Three clinical scientists who are also OSFA assessors attended the workshop and their input made a significant difference to the event. They delivered a presentation about the OSFA and provided advice and guidance throughout the day, answering questions, guiding trainees and providing feedback on some of the group work.
