Recommended funding band allocation for Clinical Scientist Apprenticeship Standard

Graham Wilson, Training Programme Director for Undergraduate and Apprenticeships is pleased to notify Healthcare Scientists that the Clinical Science Apprenticeship Standard has a recommended funding band allocation of £20,000; waiting final Ministerial approval.
On behalf of our profession Graham would like to thank the Trailblazer Group for their dedication in developing this important standard. Particular thanks go to Dr Rob Farley, co-Chair and Rosemarie Simpson, Skills for Health.
It is hoped that the standard will be available for delivery soon, widening access to develop the current and future clinical scientist workforce.
