We have vacancies for 2 part-time (0.6 WTE) STP Training Programme Director positions to fulfil national duties but specifically represent healthcare science in the Midlands and the North-East. These roles are permanent, however, we are open to a secondment agreement subject to approval from your substantive employer
These new senior posts in the National School of Healthcare Science are an exciting opportunity to take a regional leadership role for the Scientist Training Programme (STP) for NHS healthcare scientists.
Reporting directly to the Head of School, these posts are senior, highly visible regional leads for scientist training, and will ensure that healthcare science is able to continue to deliver future senior NHS scientists with the necessary scientific, clinical, managerial and leadership competencies. You will be responsible for the continuing development, delivery, innovation, and future strategic direction of this important programme of Health Education England’s National School of Healthcare Science (NSHCS) across the scope of healthcare science specialties (currently 32).
