Role description
To join a selected panel of experts either virtually or face to face, to follow a prescribed agenda and explore with colleagues in Healthcare Science a range of questions to ensure accreditation can be granted in the case of new applications or be permitted to continue.
Min criteria/ experience
A clinical expert in the specialty concerned, usually a senior scientist with a thorough knowledge of the programme under consideration.
Typical time commitment per event or per year
Normally, no more than 3 hours of reading time ahead of the visit/virtual meeting, with meetings being scheduled for one working day, sometimes less.
Compensation for time
At present, this is a voluntary role however we will pay associated travel and accommodation costs within HEE parameters.
