As a recruitment shortlister you help us by reading applications for the commissioned training programmes online and scoring them using a matrix.
The purpose is to decide who should go forward to interview. You will look at questions such as qualifications, knowledge, and motivation.
The task is similar to shortlisting job applicants from an application form. It isn’t your decision alone: at least one other shortlister will look at each application, so there is a consensus. We try to ensure you do not have to review too great a number of applications, and we try to give you adequate time.
Min criteria/ experience
Clinical Scientist with post-qualification experience in the workplace (normally at least one year).

Currently this is an unpaid role. Confirmation of your participation will be provided for your CPD returns.
