Over the course of the 5 year programme you are expected to produce and collate evidence of your workplace training activity and submit it for assessment in your e-portfolio. When you submit evidence of activity for assessment you will be required to map it against the Higher Specialist Standards of Proficiency. By the time you are ready to exit the programme you should have evidence that you have met all the Standards of Proficiency. The Standards of Proficiency are interpreted within the context of your specialty.
We recommend that you develop a training and assessment plan to help you map out which activities will be most relevant to your training.
