Completion deadline

The completion deadline for trainees with a 12 month interruption or extension is 5pm on Monday 15 September 2025. This is the same deadline as per the 2025 completing cohort.

If the extension or interruption is less than 12 months then written confirmation of the completion date will be provided by the School. This will be either via the Exceptional Extenuating Circumstances policy if eligible and approved, or via email when the School is notified of any changes impacting on your completion timeline e.g. if taking less than 12 months parental leave.

It is your responsibility to ensure the School is aware of any changes to your circumstances which may impact on your ability to complete your programme as planned so that a revised completion timeline can be identified and confirmed.
