Islamic counselling support service

Inspirited Minds and the Lateef Project have partnered with the NHS Muslim Network and NHS England and NHS Improvement’s Health and Wellbeing Team to provide a confidential and Islamic-based counselling delivered by qualified counselling therapists.

Looking After You Too

Looking After You Too offers individual coaching support for Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) staff working in NHS and ambulance trusts.

Liberate Meditation

Liberate Meditation offers culturally sensitive and diverse meditations and talks, that have been curated by the ethnic minority community, for colleagues in the ethnic minority community.  The app offers meditations and sessions that aim to help reduce anxiety, alleviate stress and promote rest, whilst reflecting on cultural elements and beliefs. Free for NHS staff until June 2021.
