It’s easy to talk about fitting self-care into the schedule, but it is very important to follow through and do set aside time for yourself. Self-care can take many forms and different lengths of times. Sometimes, even the smallest acts of self-care can have a big impact on your wellbeing. Hopefully this handbook has given you some ideas of what you can do when you have some downtime from training.
