What is Multi-Source feedback?

Multi-Source Feedback is commonly used to gain feedback on a person’s performance in their role and to assess the level of their skills, including behaviours, team working and communication. Feedback on the performance of a trainee is collected from colleagues and assessed to determine their progress.
