Make sure you understand what is required. Read the guidance and communications from the School and plan how you will achieve them early on.

Work together to ensure that anyone required to assess work on the e-portfolio is aware of the deadlines and can support you to complete the work-based assessments in a timely way.

Meet regularly throughout the year but specifically ensure you meet prior to the end of year review to discuss progress, review the training plan and identify any barriers. If these are significant and cannot be resolved locally, consider raising a concern to the School using the prescribed process. You should also use this meeting as an opportunity to complete the end of year review meeting that is recorded using the review meeting tool on the e-portfolio.

Inform the School in advance of any changes to your contact information.
